Due to the nature of food products, returns are governed strictly by quality and safety standards.
1. Eligible Cases
Returns/refunds are accepted only if:
- Product is damaged or leaked on delivery
- Wrong product delivered
- Product is expired at the time of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory for all claims.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed food products
- Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
3. Claim Timeline
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method
- COD refunds are processed via bank transfer or store credit
5. Replacement
Where applicable, replacement may be offered instead of refund.
